I stayed at the Jayakarta in Sept/Oct and walked past the Club Bali building many times and the new Kumala Pantai blocks (2 or 3 storey) are directly in front of Club Bali apartments. At the moment, you'd be very affected by the building work (well, you did ask for constructive remarks).
