kamus (dictionary) is concerned. Usually for special occaisions Balinese have Babi Lawar (shredded pork) mixed with spices/sauces and maybe vegetables. Lawar Meerah (Red Lawar) is the same, but the pig's blood is added after cooking for extra flavour (?) Often you can get Ayam Lawar from warungs serving Nasi Campur (boiled rice with extra things you can choose), chicken cooked with spices/sauces.
