I'm sure you will find many available closer to Tuban, perhaps search the archives. I used Sari Bunga Wangi on Jl Padma Utara, which is up at Legian behind Padma Hotel as we were staying in Legian. They are very friendly (we had hired a Kijang from them previously) I just wanted a small bike/scooter to belt around Kuta, Legian etc and it was brilliant.
I paid 35,000 a day including insurance and 2 helmets, could have got cheaper , but what the hell.
I wouldn't ask from the hotel or taxi drivers as they will probably take you to their "friend" from whom they receive a commission.
Sorry I can't give you a contact closer to Tuban, but they will deliver it to your hotel.
