Have stayed there many times. There are Superior rooms just past reception near the pool, these have a verandah or balcony. The Superior rooms at the back have no view or verandah. If you are staying for more than 10 nights, you usually get an upgrade, which would be to a Deluxe room. If you can afford to, the Deluxe Poolside Cottages are worth it. When we book we always request a particular room number. We do have a map that we could fax to you or email the hotel and they will fax you one, don't expect it straight away as they are on Bali time! We are off to stay there again from 20th Jan ex Perth for 10 nights.
