Wouldnt be in my opinion the best place to be going if the intention is as stated to go shopping for electronics and "brand name
clothes.If the idea is to have a laid back maybe beach type holiday yes bali would be good but for that sort of shopping they would be far better off in singapore or maybe Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok.
