It happened to us 2 years ago now. The exact same thing.
He was rushing us. When i got to go upstairs i realized my camera was not there. We rushed back and called for security and the Manager. As usual nobody saw anything. They said maybe tourist took it. I asked to play back the vidoe camera, was told it doesn,t work.
I was really p---sd off. I tell you, now i watch for everything.
Unfortunately i don't trust them in the airport. They are very quick.
A lesson learn't the hard way.
