We left Bali on Saturday night/Sunday morning 22/23 and yes it was raining at departure and the last few days, I would not say it was knee deep. Wednesday 19th was really heavy, Thursday was only showers on and off all day and Friday only morning rain. This is in Kuta Legian area, we stayed at Puri Raja and found only a few puddles in the mornings.
