Look at Peninsula Resort which is lovely. I love it there. Great rooms, pool, restaurant and right on the beach. Risata is a good location. You can walk there and have a quick look if you don't want to waste hours.
Do not buy there though. You can buy a lot cheaper from people like Igear who don't know how to use it.
You an get places for a few thousand dollars and the maintenance in Bali is very cheap which is what makes it attractive. Mine is $210US a year. To stay in a timeshare at Peninsula is $1,000 a week plus (if you don't own one).
Some in America are $800 maintenance which to me is not worthwhile having by the time you add the cost of buying you could get good accom each year. So check the maintenance costs.
For resales try "redweeks" to get an idea of price but it's American. Google timeshare resale to find more (maybe add Bali to it).
Where you make your money is n the bonus weeks. You can have as many of these as you like and can give them to family too. I have stayed in luxury appartments for $99 a week. There get cheaper as they get closer People swap but their resot mightn't be needed that week so they sell it cheap.
My kids and I had a week on a 100 acre farm for $99 with horse riding, canoeing etc included. It would have cost that much for us all to go horseriding for the day.
We had a week on a 12 berth houseboat for $299. The cost in the brochures was over $2,000.
I have made my money back years ago. Everything now is a bonus.
It works if you use it. It doesn't if you only use your week and pay high maintenance fees.
