There are 2 Disco / Bars just up from the Jayakarta both open late so the young ones ussaly go to the Bounty ealier or the Galaxy to start. You will find that they will in a few days sus it out As for Drugs they will be offered them in most places just tell them to say no . AS for girls at 17 you have no hope . Know this is not much help but we were their age once.
