I found the best place for quilts was upstairs at the Ubud Markets. Too many stores to count, lots of variety and price. Brought quite a few from 200 - 350K depending on style and qaulity. Take the time to check the stitching on the patchwork to make sure no fraying has started.
I was fortunate enough to have a friend sending freight so bring them back wasn't aproblme. Guess you'd just have to put them at the botton of your bag and pack everything on top to quich it down. Weight nothing, but do take up space.
