MOZAIC in Ubud still is one of the best restaurants in Asia and nowadays well known to Bali visitors.
Less known but in the same category is the Oberoi's KURA KURA restaurant since the arrival of the new Chef Enrico Wahl. The Tasting Menu with three, five or seven courses is a MUST! You can even have a 12-course Chef's Surprice menu. Whatever you choose, don't miss the "Marble of Foie Gras" featuring thin films of Valrhona chocolate between layers of Foie Gras terrine. This alone is a reason to visit Bali!
