I booked our air fares and accomodation seperatly, our airfare incuding credit cards fee and airport taxes was $5709 (all six of us are adult fares) and our accomodation for the ten nights $1315 US dollars which I think roughs out at $1520 AUS, this is a three bedroom apartment with kitchen and lounge/dining area (at the jayakarta)
