Gym near Kartika Plaza/BGH

My son needs to use a gym while we are in Bali for the next month and I have emailed Kartika Plaza about their gym and got no reply. I emailed the Dynasty and they don't allow outside guests.

Does anyone know if Kartika Plaza allow outside guests to use their gym or does anyone know a decent gym near the BHGH/Tuban area.

My son is in an elite footballer program and they require that he carries out a strict training regeime, even while on holidays, and trying to do 3km runs (plus other stuff) in the Bali humididty is a big call.
