Go to the corner of Melasti St & JL Pantai Kuta. Head North along the brick surfaced road (no traffic) for about 80m till you are at the front of the lifesaver's building. Turn left at the opening in the beach wall & walk 20m under the big trees adj to the lifesaver's lookout (you will see the surfboards). Look slightly to the right for the biggest, brightest set of teeth that you have ever see. That is Sammy. Eskys plastic chairs & umbrellas.
