a large fridge------stock up with the beer and juice------saving 2
a microwave----------saving 3 as you can heat noodles,or whatever for lunches or snacks.
Dvd and tv in bedroom and lounge
our grandkids like to take it in turns to come and spend the night.
it really is a home away from home.
