For the size of your family, I would definitely recommend a large villa instead of 2 x hotel rooms!! There are a few you could look up in the archives here at Kuta Royal in Tuban, close to the Dynasty for around $130 per night, maybe a bit more for extra bed!! Great big pool and heaps of living space to fit lots of kids!!
