Not sure what your intentions are with the kangaroo meat query, but would like to mention that I am currently in discussions with a well known BTF member resident of Southern Sanur. He has villas and holds regular bbqs for guests and others alike.
We are on the verge of an agreement to distribute kangaroo tails in Bali, which are well known to be the most succulent and sweetest meat on the jumpin' joey. Tastings most likely will be on each Sunday evening, commencing early '08.
If this is of any interest, please advise or just call into SBVs.
