Villa for daily

Hi everybody!
I need your advise or may be a cooperation. I have already wrote to some villas but nobody want to have a deal with us.
We are planning to organize a party for 30 persons from January 4 to January 5 and we are looking for a villa for this party.
We would like to have:
- swimming pool
- ability to play music
- catering service
Can somebody to arrange it?
