.the Balinese make use of 2 ritual calendars that run independently of each other; A lunar calendar imported originally from India that begins in the spring with the 'Day of Silence' and keeps a year count. (It is presently 1929) The other, probably originating in Java, is based on a cycle of 210 days which then repeats WITHOUT any year count. The holiday you are referring to is a Buddhist sacred day, and the year is I believe, the traditional count since either the birth or the death of the Buddha. It's essentially a non Balinese festival, I seriously doubt if you would find any specific ceremonies taking place. The Balinese modern calendar is a compilation of 6-7 calendars in which many festivals, including Christmas and Chinese New Year, is listed as 'Hari Raya'. My own calendar has not arrived yet, I'm sorry I can't give you any more details about that particular day. Hope this was helpful.
