I am not a vet. The article I posted was Googled, sorry I usually always say when I copy Googled items but I forgot this time. I also do not believe everything that I read on the internet. But... the reason that I do believe raspberry juice works is because it has worked for my family for years. I personally know of pig farmers who have used it to treat their pigs with a range of gastrointestinal problems all with 100% success rate. There are also lots of "peer reviewed" documentation on the benifits of it for humans with gastrointestinal problems. Princess Margaret Hospital for Children in Perth advised me to use it with one of my children. But I guess it is like everything in life, what suits or works for one may not work for the next person. The way I look at it though is I would rather swallow some juice than take tablets that in a few years time they could say are dangerous for you.
