We too thought this would be an issue, the wife was rather concerned particularly after a couple of older ladies (& might I say they did look fitter than us) stated that they had trouble getting back into the boat when snorkling at the Japanese wreck. It can be difficult but don't let that put you off, however the young lad that took us out (from Life in Amed)dropped us over the wreck & then proceed back to shore. Here he waited until we finished, was quite an easy swim back to shore, hopped in the boat & then an enjoyable ride back to base. No lice or anything nasty.
