optik melawai, opposite matahari, kuta square. I went into the shop without an appointment. They tested them on the spot (very thorough) and I had to wait 3 days to get them back. They cost $78. I was very happy. My glasses were just straight forward reading glasses. My suggestion would be to go there on your first day. If you want special glasses or special frames it does take longer so allow yourself as much time as you can.
