I did Baik Bike in April for my 50th birthday. I hadn't been on a bike in years and thoroughly enjoyed myself. You stop quite a bit to look at things and towards the end when there are a few hills and the heat was getting to me I jumped in the follow -up van.
My sister has also done the trip with her family and she rode all the way......in the van!! Not into bike riding. She had her own running commentary from the driver!!
And, yes, the lunch is beautiful!!!!
