Suggestions for your May visit to Amed.. Blue Moon villas.. [they now have 9 rooms] lovely location overlooking Selang Beach. Life in amed.. on the beach at Lean. Santai Hotel. Apa Kabar Villa.
all these places have, i think, enough room for your group.
There is also Coral View or Hidden Paradise.. but these hotels are both larger.. so you wouldnt have the place to your selves...but you may get a cheap deal.
Suggest you dont get all inclusive food package. There are some great experiences for meeeting new and interesting people in Amed. dining out can be great fun there.
The restaurants at Blue Moon, Life in Amed and apa Kabar are all good.
There is live music twice a week at Wawa Wewe and Double1. A great Amed experience!! Even had me up and dancing!!
