if you expect to find 4 Bedroom House/Villa - when you say "with maid" I assume you are looking at something fully-furnished or AU$100.00 per week in an acceptable location.
You can quite frankly forget about Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas areas as rental values here are commensurate with the ever-increasing land values.
The house which I leased before moving to North Sulawesi was in Anyer Village (between Umalas and Canggu) - delightful fully-furnished 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom (garden style) with nice front yard and rice fields up to kitchen windows - also around 2 kms of rice fields directly in front. I got an absolute bargain as was previously occupied by a Hotel Manager who had accepted a position in France so was literally "walk-out/walk-in" situation. My Annual Rent was Rp. 40 Million plus outgoings (Phone, Power, Indovision, Maid if requred, Gardener - pretty essential)and this was an absolute bargain! I was told by reliable sources that under usual circumstances a house of similar standard/location would be at least Rp. 55 Million. You would be looking at paying an additional Rp. 800,000 per Month for a quality Maid (can get cheaper but remember you get what you pay for) plus anoer Rp. 500,000 for Gardener/Handyman.
If I had wanted something similar with a Pool, would have looked at minimum of Rp. 70 Million (plus all the above)and then usually in a "Villa Complex" offering minimal privacy.
You would be really "pushing it" to find something in the depths of "downtown Denpasar" for the money you are wishing to pay.
Basically, what I am trying to tell you that you are living in dream.
