I have been going to Bali every 2 months since December 05 & YES it's been very dry & if it does rain usually 95% humidity!! But only 20 min showers if your lucky. I came back 3 days ago & was their for 3 weeks & it rained only 4 times I was their mostly as night but within 20 mins gone. I will be back in Jan & probably will be same as last year, was in Bali for a month & rained only rained 6 times.
