There is the Mandiri Spa on Jl Tamblingan and another on the bypass called Abian Sama down a little from McDonalds. I like Cozy on the bypass but it is a bit further away. Good restaurants I have tried on my recent trip were Ming for an upmarket experience, Mezzanine outside the Puri Santrian, fantastic sushi and other western food and asian offerings,and Spirit Cafe on the northern end next to Segara Village Hotel for the best Parmigiana, spaghetti bolognese and hamburgers run by an Australian called Liz and also a fantastic jewellery shop right next door with unbelievable designs not available anywhere else in Bali and cheap prices.I think they make their own.
