Yes Bali does change very quickly (even week to week)& some info is definitely out of date as a consequence.
However many oft repeated questions here are those which have been asked very recently and elicited recent responses.
eg VOA amount/how I pay, comparison of MBR & Puri Raja, What MBR is like, Villas in Legian/Seminyak etc.
Newcomers may not know which questions have been asked recently or that there are replies in the archives or even down the page.
Therefore there is nothing wrong in letting them know that, whilst they wait for new responses on their own thread?
And yes often the same old posts are not read or answered so therefore an archive search just might be a second option.
