I have booked many times with Asia Rooms dot com & Late stays dot com for both accomodation in Thailand and Indonesia and have had great success. Never had any issue, you may get the occasional sorry that room is not available but they send your money back to your credit card in about 3-4 days. Late Stays has got me some REAL super bargins over the years. We got one place in Karbi Thailand that was listed at $450 USD per night and picked up room for $120USD per night. So I thought that was top shelf :)
