We stayed in Y Block which faces the ocean, B block is to your left, and to the left of that is where the new building is, please don't worry about any noise because there wasn't any, we were on the 2nd floor and while out on the balcony if you really listened you could hear a very slight tapping. While around the pool or in your room no noise at all.
