Q for all Perth PPL

Does anyone know of a Qantas Lounge that you can go into at Perth International Airport while waiting to Travel?

If there is one, where abouts & does it cost you anything (I am flying Qantas in 10 days time to Bali)

Can someone let me know?

If there is not a 'Qantas' Lounge, are there any other lounge the public have access to/can pay to get in?
