You make a subtle point, and I hadn't thought of it that way. I guess it's the same as the way we hide behind Aotearoa in New Zealand. The long white cloud hides the gangs, the crime, the family and child abuse and all rest of the trauma.
More than likely the fancy titles were dreamed up by travel agents as well as forumites.
