This is (naturally) a recurring theme on this forum and there is no hard & fast protocol to cover everyone, which is why the websites referred to are comprehensive. Variables include length of stay, activities engaged in, pre-existing medical conditions and what level of risk you're comfortable with. Malaria is potentially fatal, especially for kids, pregnant women and those with chronic medical conditions but it is exceptionally rare in the tourist areas of southeast Bali, so malaria prophylaxis (tablets) is not necessarily recommended for short stay tourists. There used to be and probably still is greater risk outside this area, e.g. in Lovina. Hepatitis A is a greater risk (approx 1% per month has been quoted) but rarely fatal - but not fun: see remi's post. And so on with the other diseases mentioned. Tho yellow fever advice applies to people coming from endemic areas, i.e. parts of S America & Africa, not from Australia. Get advice for your own situation, before you go.
