See what a hornets nest has started I have no doubt that KP's management is either stupid or couldnot care less. This used to be the attitude many years ago but a lot of hotels have upgraded their ideas of giving service. Now you have alerted many of us to this business of buying lounges I will be on the lookout. I always stay at the Ramayana.Sorry you had a bad experience, hope your next holiday goes better.
