emailing the hotel owner? It seems to me the problem started with the pool-manman hiring out the chairs and therefore guests feeling they had temporary ownership. No reason for them not to think so, as they'd paid for it.
If you have communicated what happened to the hotel, what is their response?
By the way, that woman sounds like a horrible person, and i confess to giggling when i first read she'd sat on you. She's is horrible though. Wouldn't you hate to live in her skin?
