Our daughter has a phobia about birds due to:- Aged 4 at Elco Bello Blanco and she was attacked on the head by two huge ostriches trying to "eat" her hair bobbles that were yellow, aged 6 at Yanchep Marine Park she was attacked by 3 pelicans this time they were at her feet because she was wearing bright green socks. For year she would freak out with any type of birds. A few years ago then aged 24 she came to Kalbarri with us and I conviced her that she would be safe in the Rain Forrest Bird enclosure,, Oh dear yet again just as she was half way down the path she was swooped by some big bird!! Needless to say she ran sreamming all the way back to the car and I don't thinks she will ever forgive me or go near another bird as long as she lives!!
