Don't forget there are 2 hotels with the same name, both in Tuban with the newer of the 2 directly opposite Balihai Resort (Now shut). The original Green Garden is in JL Kartika Plaza nearer Kuta.

Both have excelent reputations but I am not sure about the noise factor except to say that GG near Balihai is very quiet. I don't know much about the other one except that JL Kartika Plaza is much noisier and busier than JL Wana Segara.
