Have used this sevice a few times and it can be very handy. Especially if,alot of other planes have just landed, or you are seated right at the back of the plane and are last off. We did arrive once under these circumstances and half way to customs a young man with our name on a sign was waiting for us. We all walked thru to customs area, he took all the passports, then took us over to Indonesian lines and we were placed in front of everyone else and ushered thru.great. But still had to wait for bags. I would totally recommend it if you have young kids.
