The wife & I stayed in "Life in Amed" in Sept for 5 nights, (are in our late 40's). 3 different styles of accommodation - I think there are 5 pool side bungalows - these are the cheapest, 2 story with bedroom downstairs & loft stlye lounge area upstairs. Open bathroom which are very clean. We found to be a little clostaphobic (spelling :-) There are 2 other bungalows, both literally 5 steps from the beach. These are both larger, 1 has 2 single beds on the ground floor & king size bed upstairs. Upstairs & downstairs open bathrooms (upstairs bathroom has an amazing view whilst having a shower - took some lovely photos) This bungalow/villa also has a dvd player/tv downstairs, again very clean. We stayed in this bungalow. The other bungalow was occupied at the time, however the two ladies that were staying there (probably mid fifties) said they were very happy with their accommodation. Staff are terrific (but this is Bali), recieved an email from one of the girls, last week, said it was very quiet, as was when we were there. The restaurant is OK, ate here most nights however staff from Blue Moon will come & pick you up if you wish to have dinner there & less than a 10 min walk to Sails restaurant - has a very good reputation. Can't comment on Dancing Dragon, did have a tour of Blue Moon, have just completed new villas, very impressive - would have like to have stayed here as well. Pleased to answer any other questions
