the duty of care lies with the captain and the crew of Garuda its not only the people that don't realise or care that the plane is coming into land, it isn't only them that may hurt themselves , what happens if they fall over and land on a small child or any other person for matter and hurt them as well!!!
It is always the responsability of the airline and its staff, as they are the ones that get sued when something goes wrong!!
They are the "so called professionals" NOT the passengers.
Its people with attitudes like you that cause the problems!!
