I have stayed in Villa 8 about 2 years ago, in the smallest villa.
Here are my comments.
Location:
Fantastic - just a short walk and you are on Eat St/Jalan Laksmana, where you will find some fantastic restaurants. It is not close to the beach at all and you need to grab a taxi to get there, but not a problem for us because we like our own personal pool at the villa.
Pricing:
This is a great value villa for itslocation in Seminyak.
Cleanliness:
Was very clean and the girls cook a lovely breakfast for you each morning.
Other:
This is a small complex of villas, and when we stayed there, was no 'reception' as such, just a security post at the entrance. So don't expect any 24-hour reception service, because unlike some other villas, this one doesn't have one!
I haven't stayed at Villa Coco, so can't commment on that complex.
Another recommendation I would suggest is to email Sienna Villas and get their rates, as you can book the 3 bedroom villa and get a lower rate if they close off the other bedrooms and you end up with a huge villa, which I prefer to Villa 8 - it is just around the corner from the Bintang Supermarket and great value too.
