If you sweat a lot you are losing body fluids and salt. This can lead to heat exhaustion. You'll propbably find that you don't urinate as frequently also, and when you do, it is much more concentrated. Another sign of fluid loss. So either stay put in the air-conditioning (you don't want to hear that) or replace the loss with salt tablets and water, lots of it. Believe it or not, this will reduce sweating. There is a formula for excess body fluid loss - I think it's 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons sugar disolved in 1 litre of water. Others may know the correct mix. Drink up and enjoy.
