The Spa at the Santrian is devine, but a little pricey. next door at the Mecure, their spa is also very nice, and quite a bit cheaper. Puri Easthetic out on by-pass was great and they'll pick you up. Just up the road from the Santrian tho is a small, quite decent looking spa, cant remember name, but I think their handout brochure had a red orchid or something on it. Had a nasty time in there, the girl was doing this slapping thing and not pleasant at all! In that end of Sanur, Santrian wins hands down.(I think)
Tons of good restaurants, many very close to the hotel. Massimos is great Italian, Jepun, just always great, Stiff Chilli up the beach for watching the world go by. Head right down south towards the harbour and you'll come across a group of small warungs, where you can even watch the sun go down.
