The Ubud Village hotel in MK Rd, doesnt really have a view unless you stayed in the last rooms at the back, then views over the dippy bit to the other side (no rice paddies).
Champlung Sari is down by the monkey forest (I think) so I wouldnt expect any view.
Komaneka is opposite Ubud Village Hotel, so maybe small rice paddies on flat land.
Have you thought about the glorious views at Tegal Sari or others in that area?
UVH is in great location on MK Rd.
