i have to agree this is a verrrry good experience. food at the end is ABSOLUTELY delicious. the day we went, 2 American chefs, 1 English chef and an American food journalist were among the students.. definitely have to recommend this to you.. i cant comment on the morning market... i didn't go... but i wasn't fazed.. the teacher is European.. or he was.. i am not sure if his Balinese chef has taken over the classes now but both are first class chefs
