There are bike hire signs everywere if your hiring 4 3 weeks 20 to 25 thousand per day is all you will pay just make sure you have the rego papers of the bike you hire, there are fuel stops everywere normally your bke will be empty when you get it, they always drain the tanks, to fill it will cost 15000rp, this will last a week easily enjoy.
PS get a bali road map from Bintang markets in Semiyak makes life a lot easier
