Christmas Cake

I am heading to bali for my 9th trip, but the first over the Christmas period. would i be allowed to take over a homemade Christmas Cake. If so, how would i need to carry it( In carry on or checked in luggage). I can hardly wait to get there, two weeks to go !!! But Reading this forum everyday just brings everything to life and excites me even more.....
