I love the bali garden hotel but the family rooms are at the front side and that is the noisy area.
We stayed in the rooms facing beach (378) and fabulous, very quiet.
Perhaps if you asked for room 353 or 354, they are behind the other 2 and one floor higher so you may be ok.
You may not be bothered by noise from the street or night club opposite.....but if you are worried, then there have been many favorable reports on Febris lately.
