Ifyou are after food, grocery items etc. you will find them all at carrefore, there is an aisle with imported goods, thats where you will find some items from Australia.
At Carrefore you will also find everything you ever needed as they have sections selling liquor, chemist items, electrical, camping, clothes, they even sell motorbike helmets.
Also, if you didn't know already the matahari in the back part of bali galeria is also good.
