spa in tuban lots of stairs ???

I remember a spa in tuban last time we where their 2years ago it was on the same side of the road as the water bomb park i think across from the dynasty hotel it had all these stairs going up to it and had only just opened does anyone know of it and is it attached to a hotel ?..... thanks fiona
